• Lead packaging projects across 15+ projects across a major Midwest plant and three sister locations, each end-to-end MWB initiatives from concept through plant validation and final release.

• Strengthen unit load performance by redesigning legacy cartons, increasing safety factor, eliminating overhang, and validating structural performance through compression testing and ship testing.

• Planned plant line trials, including setup and release of detailed packaging specification across SKUs.

• Cut corrugated usage by 33% (SKU -level) by transitioning disposable cartons to a returnable system, reduced damage risk, lowering labor demand, and increasing sustainability initiatives.
